Abstract
Enterchain is a blockchain-based gamified content distribution agency/platform. We aim to disrupt the Web2 distribution model of "pay-to-consume" or "freemium", exemplified by platforms like Netflix, Facebook, Youtube, Spotify by establishing a novel, blockchain-powered "consume-to-earn" model. Access to Enterchain events & content are gated through Non-Fungible Tokens ownership and users can earn rewards through multiple in-game mechanisms.
Enterchain is built on top of Ronin blockchain as an extension to Pixels, the Web3 metaverse ranking #1 in the player base in the world, while also relying on Ronin MPC Wallet as the main Web2 users onboarding method. We aim to revolutionize content distribution.

1. Introduction
Despite the disruptive potential of blockchain technology across data-driven sectors like finance, logistics, and cloud services, significant hurdles impede widespread user adoption, particularly among those accustomed to Web2 functionalities ("Web2 normies") because
Financial incentives associated with highly volatile assets hold limited appeal for the general public
Technological solutions that aimed at removing Web2 user's frictions like Account abstraction and MPC wallets are at very early stages of development and their usage remains restricted
Since Gen Z (the generation born between 1997 and the early 2010s) will be driving future blockchain adoption, the next successful Web3 game that fuels the next real-human mainstream adoption wave needs to be designed to appeal to them. We believe the successful solution needs to possess these characteristics
Beginner-friendly: Easy for new players to pick up and learn.
Engaging for all: Fun and rewarding for both newcomers / casual players (plankton) and experienced / hardcore (whale) players.
Integrated with Gen Z's passions: Ties in with Gen Z's interests like memes, music, art, and movies.
1.1 Motivation
1.1.1 Web3 Game Studio pain points
Converting Web2 users to Web3 has proven to be a significant challenge for the industry despite the large investments and efforts even by major players like Sky Mavis, Pixels, and Immutable X.
Although Gamefi players population has surged since the day of Axie Infinity, there's valid concern that a significant portion of this growth might be inauthentic due to bots and Web3 natives simply looking to profit from the system.
Anecdotally, the most common ‘traditional’ path shared among of Web3 OGs is “come for the profit, stay for the culture”. While this growth flywheel worked well to attract the early adopters of 2018, its sustainability are subject to the law of diminishing returns from crypto financial rewards and extreme volatility of the newly-emerged asset class.
We believe a sustainable growth model start when the next generation of adopters “come for the culture, stay for the profit”. Although recent Web2 IPs blockchain integration like Ragnarok: Monster World may serve as a good catalyst to attract new users for the entire industry, Enterchain believe the revolution to Gamefi can only come with a total redefinition that extends beyond the conventional understanding of PC & Mobile games.
Enterchain redefine Gamefi as all “gamified experiences that earn money”.
Enterchain strategy is to start with a culture Gen Z already resonate with: celebrities, memes, music, movies, etc.
Then, watch-movies-to-earn can be rudimentarily imagined as interactive movies like Bandersnatch (Netflix) that airdrop tokens to users.
Listen-music-to-earn can be rudimentarily imagined as virtual concerts that rewards users of NFT items.
Meme-to-earn can be rudimentarily imagined as an user finding a funny Pixels interactions, mint the screenshot and sell them as an NFTs that can be used as an unique emoji.
1.1.2 Artists pain points
Cross-border music audience expansion presents significant challenges, often incurring high costs and logistical difficulties. Furthermore, even artists who have embraced the Web3 landscape through NFTs often lack the necessary expertise in tokenomics design and utility development.
Enterchain proposes a solution to artists by leveraging the established player base and battle-tested Web3 marketing strategies of the Ronin blockchain and Pixels metaverse. Furthermore, Enterchain empowers artists by issuing them with ERC-20 tokens, designated as ${artist_name} token and also act as artists NFTs distribution platform. This approach satisfies three conditions

Furthermore, Enterchain events extend our focus to include lesser-known and financially constrained artists who may struggle to secure favorable contracts with traditional music publishers. Enterchain offers a solution by promoting transparency in revenue distribution at smart contract level to ensure that artists are fairly compensated for their creative endeavors.
1.1.3 Users pain points
While platforms like Facebook and YouTube have established the value of user attention for revenue generation, these models often fail to directly reward user loyalty towards artists. Additionally, challenges arise when facilitating long-distance transactions for artist merchandise and event memorabilia. The absence of a trusted third-party intermediary can create friction and hinder secure exchanges. Listen-music-to-earn / Watch-movies-to-earn model and blockchain marketplace smart contracts are perfect solutions to the above problems.
Web3 products face a significant user adoption hurdle due to their perceived complexity for Web2 users. Nevertheless, the journey for newly-registered users has never been as frictionless as now compared to 2021, thanks to the recent development of Account Abstraction and MPC. Mavis ID - a Sky Mavis implementation of MPC wallet, a core tech pillar that fueled a series of “smoothest mints in the world” on Ronin Blockchain - will be our first tech stack of choice for this purpose.
1.2 Problems with existing xxx-to-earn projects
xxx-to-earn model is a proven revenue-generating strategy that are utilized by the most successful Web3 projects in history.
StepN was a popular "move-to-earn" crypto game built on the Solana blockchain. At its height, StepN attracted 1 million registered users and became the most successful “Web3 lifestyle app” to date.
Friend.tech, although not stated in its whitepaper, can basically be understood as a “share-alpha-to-earn” model. Although the future is uncertain, Friend.tech had a strong launch amidst the depth of bear at August 2023, generating significant user interest and trading volume. It attracted influencers and facilitated millions of dollars in transactions.
Axie Infinity started key words play-to-earn in 2018 and still held the title “Highest transaction volume for an NFT collectible game” at $4B in the Guinness World Record. Pixels, built on Ronin blockchain where Axie lives, continue leading the Gamefi industry with the highest active users in the world as of this writing.
Nevertheless, the most prominent concern regarding the viability of "xxx-to-earn" models in Web3 centers on their long-term sustainability. Critics raise the possibility that these models inherently resemble Ponzi schemes, where early adopters disproportionately benefit from the influx of new users, ultimately leading to a devaluation of the token and financial losses for later participants. Historical on-chain data corroborates this concern, demonstrating a frequent correlation between surges in user acquisition and excessive token inflation. This confluence, coupled with the volatility of crypto asset markets, presents a significant financial risk for late adopters and reputational damage to the Web3 industry as a whole.

The "growth flywheel" model employed by many "play-to-earn" and "play-to-airdrop" projects faces sustainability challenges due to a limited range of user personas within the ecosystem. The reliance on solely financial incentives proves unsustainable in the long run, given the extreme volatility characteristic of these reward structures, where early adopters profit significantly at the expense of new users.
2. Core game loop
Principles
Enterchain's game economy takes inspiration from the successful growth model of Ronin, but introduces new agents to the ecosystem to create a version that mirrors the economy of the entertainment industry.
Overall, Enterchain seeks to expand the Ronin ecosystem by attracting three key demographics: established Web2 brands, renowned Web2 artists, and active Web2 users. We will achieve this by leveraging localized artist partnerships, implementing logistical solutions tailored to specific regions, and ensuring adherence to local legal requirements.
Web2 economy of an entertainment event is composed of 4 key pillars :
Web2 User x Event Organizer: attendees (users) contribute value to the organizer through ticket sales. In return, the organizer strives to deliver an enjoyable experience through engaging content and interactive elements like music concerts, standup comedy shows, game booths, etc.
Web2 Artists x Event Organizer: Artists bring value to event organizers by creating artwork that draws in attendees. In exchange, organizers offer a share of ticket sales and, for lesser-known artists, the chance to reach a new audience.
Web2 Brands x Event Organizer & Web2 Users & Web2 Artists & Content Distribution Platform/Venue: The reputation of established Web2 brands is a well-known driver of growth for an entire industry. These brands aren't necessarily seeking new revenue sources, but rather expect their external partners to provide public attention and narratives that reinforce their core brand identity in return for sponsorship packages
Event Organizer x Content Distribution Platform/Venue: Platform/Venue owners contribute their event-suitable venues/content distribution services to organizers, and in return, receive rental fees and potentially additional compensation for services rendered.

Recognizing the power of established Web2 brands and possessing expertise in Web3 tokenomics design and NFT utility development, Enterchain seeks to capitalize on this economic opportunity by introducing a few battle-tested Web3 growth strategies to the equation.
2.1 Players rewards mechanism
Although cryptocurrency earning isn't universally accessible, the desire to earn exists across various user demographics. Different user archetypes hold different expectations about their rewards, so our incentives structures are designed to appeal to both Web2 and Web3 user personas.
These core mechanics explained below will be available in the game’s early stages. Much like all Web3 projects, we expect many iterations and updates over the years to come.
2.1.1 In-event token / NFTs airdrop
Tokens airdrops is the proven growth strategy utilized by all of the most successful Web3 projects. In Enterchain events, tokens / NFTs airdrops will be utilized to

2.1.2 Mini games leaderboard
P2E mini games will be available during Enterchain events in many creative forms. A good starting point is to think about 90s arcade games with pixelated graphics that greatly resemble Pixels graphics, mixed with a twist of music and tokenized rewards.
Participation in mini games is gated by event tickets (& potentially specific NFT collection) ownership. Higher ticket tiers will grant a higher chance of bigger P2E rewards (play with more tries, access to special games, etc.) Players also have a choice to purchase NFTs consumable items to boost in-game performance to gain higher ranking at leaderboards. By design, mini games will be one of the most important $ENTER8 emission source, while also able to provide additional utilities for multiple collections from different partners across entire Ronin ecosystem.
Mini game players ranked at top leaderboard are then rewarded with a more diverse and more valuable prize pool than general in-event token/ NFTs airdrop. Whitelist spots to future new tokens private sale / NFTs private mints are available here, detailed in below sections.
2.1.3 Enterchain NFT Event Memorabilia / Artist NFT skins
To avoid any confusion, the reward pool for in-event airdrop will consist of both native and non-native NFTs from external Web3 partners sponsorship during Enterchain events.
Enterchain will be offering native memorabilia NFTs in four distinct rarity levels: Common, Rare, Epic and Mystic. While the lower tier NFTs are also acquirable through in-event airdrop, the most exclusive tier - Mystic, will only be obtainable through a post-event auction.

Inspired by Web3 DAOs, Enterchain empowers artists to build fan-driven economies around their work. Turn creativity into collectibles: Fans can directly mint their favorite artist quotes, memes, or pictures as NFTs, making them unique emojis or selling them on NFTs marketplace for profit. For now, to avoid confusion, we will designate them as {tweet} NFTs.
Support creators directly: Fans can show their appreciation and tip artists or their favorite commenter and send them rewards in seconds regardless of their locations.
